If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase from us simply return it within 30 days for a full refund ( shipping not included). We do not reimburse the cost of return shipping. To qualify for a refund the following must apply: - item must be returned before any money will be refunded. - item must be returned with original purchasing receipt that was mailed with item. As all electronic payments are made through Pay Pal, refund will be made available in the same manner. If You receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 7 days and we will arrange for a replacement, it will be free of charge. This does not however , cover damage from neglect, misuse, or abuse. Simply send an email notification of damage and mail the item on original package with the original purchasing receipt .
